cy debate. Established in 2019 under the HCMC Industry & Trade Department, VDAS fosters design thinking, builds national and international collaborations, and aims to increase the competitiveness of Vietnamese businesses by improving design practice standards, promoting sustainable development, and educating society on the value of design.
