Apex Membership Rewards® is a loyalty programme exclusive to Apex Card members. You earn points on every purchase made with your Apex Card, which can be redeemed for travel, Master Expo access, luxury goods, statement credits, and more across the global Apex ecosystem spanning 80+ countries.
All Apex Card members are automatically enrolled in the Membership Rewards® programme upon card approval. There is no separate enrolment required. You will begin earning points from your very first transaction.
You earn points on every eligible purchase made with your Apex Card. Classic members earn 1× point per dollar, Gold members earn 2× points, and Platinum members earn 3× points. Bonus multipliers apply to Apex Master Expos (up to 5×), travel, dining, and Apex ecosystem purchases.
Log in to your Apex member dashboard at myapex.me or through the Apex mobile app. Your current points balance, recent earning history, and available redemption options are displayed on your account overview page. You can also contact your dedicated concierge for balance inquiries.
The value of points varies by redemption method. Statement credits are valued at 1 point = $0.01. Travel bookings through Apex Travel Club offer enhanced value at 1 point = $0.015. Master Expo redemptions and VIP upgrades offer the highest value, often exceeding 1 point = $0.02. Transfer partners may offer additional value depending on the programme.
No. As long as your Apex Card account is open and in good standing, your Membership Rewards® points will never expire. There is no cap on the number of points you can accumulate.
Redeem points through your Apex member dashboard, the Apex mobile app, or by contacting your concierge. For statement credits, select "Pay with Points" at checkout or apply points to any recent transaction. For travel, expo access, and luxury goods, browse the Rewards Catalogue in your dashboard. You'll receive confirmation within 72 hours.
Yes. Gold and Platinum members can transfer points to select airline and hotel loyalty programmes at a 1:1 ratio. Classic members can transfer at a 2:1 ratio. Transfers are processed within 24-48 hours. Contact your concierge or visit the transfer portal in your dashboard for the full list of partners.
You can request a tier upgrade through your member dashboard or by contacting your Apex concierge. Upgrades are subject to review and may require a spending threshold. All accumulated points carry over when you upgrade. Platinum members receive an invitation-based upgrade to our exclusive Black tier.
