💳 Purchasing & Payment

Where can I purchase Apex tickets?
You can purchase tickets through our official websites at www.abc-worldwide.com/tickets and www.apexticketworlds.com, or through authorized resellers such as Eventbrite. All tickets purchased through these channels are valid for entry.
What types of events do Apex tickets cover?
Apex tickets are valid for all Apex events, including expos, conferences, tournaments, and related activities organized by Apex Business Group Worldwide S.L. and its international affiliates.
Are there different ticket categories available?
Yes, Apex offers various ticket categories for different events. Specific categories and pricing are displayed on the event page at the time of purchase. You can upgrade to a higher category if availability permits, but downgrades are not allowed.

🚫 Refunds & Cancellations

Important Policy: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If a ticket is purchased or an event has already started, no refunds will be given under any circumstances. However, tickets are changeable to other events in the same category.
Can I get a refund if I can't attend?
No, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If a ticket is purchased or an event has already started, no refunds will be given. However, your tickets are changeable to other events in the same category, and we offer a replacement option where you can receive three tickets of the same category as your original ticket. See the "Replacement Tickets" section below for details.
What if the event is cancelled or postponed?
If an event on the Apex site cannot take place for any reason, Apex will issue three (3) replacement tickets of the same category. If an event is cancelled or postponed due to force majeure circumstances (such as extreme weather, government restrictions, or travel disruptions), Apex will provide the replacement ticket option. No cash refunds will be issued under such circumstances.
Can I get compensation for travel or accommodation costs?
Apex Business Group Worldwide S.L. and its affiliates are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as travel or accommodation costs, arising from event changes or cancellations, except as required by law.

🔄 Replacement Tickets

Replacement Option: If you cannot attend your booked event, you may receive 3 replacement tickets of the same category as your original ticket.
How does the replacement ticket option work?
If you're unable to attend your booked event, you may request three (3) replacement tickets of the same category as your original ticket. These replacement tickets can be used for the same event series or another comparable Apex event, subject to availability and Apex approval.
When do I need to request replacement tickets?
Replacement ticket requests must be made at least 7 days before the event start date. Requests made after this deadline may not be processed.
How do I request replacement tickets?
To request replacement tickets, contact our ticket support team at tickets@gotoapex.com at least 7 days before your event. Include your ticket confirmation number and the reason for your request.
Are replacement tickets guaranteed?
Replacement tickets are subject to availability and Apex approval. While we strive to accommodate all requests made within the deadline, availability cannot be guaranteed for all events or categories.

✏️ Transfers & Changes

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Ticket transfers or name changes may be approved at Apex's discretion and may include a handling fee. Contact tickets@gotoapex.com to request a transfer and receive information about any applicable fees.
Can I change my ticket to another event?
Yes, tickets are changeable to other events in the same category. Contact tickets@gotoapex.com to arrange a change to another Apex event of the same ticket category, subject to availability.
Can I upgrade my ticket to a higher category?
Yes, upgrades to higher ticket categories are possible if availability permits. Contact our ticket support team to check availability and pricing. Please note that downgrades to lower categories are not permitted.
What if the event program or venue changes?
Apex may adjust programs, speakers, venues, or schedules if required. We will communicate any significant changes to ticket holders, but such changes do not entitle you to a refund.

📱 Digital Tickets & Entry

How will I receive my ticket?
All Apex tickets are digital and will be delivered via QR code or Member ID. You will receive your ticket information via email after purchase, and it must be activated through your Apex account before entry.
How do I activate my digital ticket?
Before attending the event, you must activate your ticket through your Apex account. Log in to your account, locate your ticket, and follow the activation instructions. Each ticket admits one person.
What do I need to bring for entry?
You must bring your activated digital ticket (QR code or Member ID) and, if requested, a valid photo ID that matches the name on the ticket. Entry is subject to security verification.
Can Apex deny me entry?
Yes, Apex reserves the right to deny or revoke access for security reasons, non-compliance with event rules, or disruptive behavior. In such cases, no refund or replacement will be provided.

⚠️ Resale & Fraud Prevention

Warning: Unauthorized resale or duplication of tickets will result in the ticket being voided without refund. Purchase only from official Apex channels or approved resellers.
Can I resell my Apex ticket?
No, unauthorized resale or duplication of Apex tickets is strictly prohibited and will void the ticket without refund. If you cannot attend, please use the replacement ticket option instead.
How can I verify that a ticket is authentic?
Only tickets purchased from Apex official channels (www.abc-worldwide.com/tickets, www.apexticketworlds.com) or approved resellers (such as Eventbrite) are valid for entry. Never purchase tickets from unauthorized third-party sellers or secondary markets.

How does Apex use my personal data?
By purchasing a ticket, you consent to Apex processing your data for event management, security, and communication purposes. All data handling is conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.

What laws govern these ticket terms?
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. All disputes arising from ticket purchases or event attendance shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Spain.
