Physicians and clinical experts are invited to submit clinical presentations, case studies, and treatment protocols for the Apex Medical Congress scientific program.
The congress accepts submissions across all core clinical specialties and focus areas.

Select the format that best fits your clinical work and expertise.
A structured 15–20 minute presentation on a relevant medical topic with evidence-based findings and clinical outcomes.
A detailed clinical case study — patient history, treatment approach, and documented outcomes.
A systematic description of a treatment protocol, clinical procedure, or evidence-based workflow.
A summary of clinical research, study findings, or meta-analysis relevant to the congress focus areas.
A contribution to an expert panel discussion on a defined clinical topic or specialty challenge.
Presentation of an innovative clinical approach, new technology, or application within a medical specialty.
All accepted contributions are integrated into the published congress scientific program. Presenters receive full congress access for the day of their presentation.
All submissions are reviewed by the Apex scientific committee. We respond within 5–10 business days.
