How many ads can I post monthly?
As a VIP Member, you can post up to 10 ads per month for free (starting at page 3). You can also activate the Golden Ads Package for additional featured ads. Participant accounts have limited access; upgrade to Member or Expert for full ad features.
How do I publish My Apex Site?
Go to My Apex Site in your dashboard and toggle the publish switch to "Yes." Your site must be set up with basic business info before publishing. Once published, your public presentations will be visible to all Apex users and searchable in directories.
What's the difference between Participant, Member, and Expert?
Participant: Free basic access with limited features. Member (VIP): Full access โ 10 monthly ads, shop, events, news, club, groups, and all commerce features. Expert: Everything in Member plus priority listing, expert badge, advanced analytics, and exclusive club creation.
How do I set up my Shop / Store?
Navigate to My Shop โ Store Setup and follow the wizard. You'll need to add products, configure payment settings (Apex Payments System), and optionally apply for Trusted Seller status. Your store can be featured in Spotlights and the Apex Emporium.
How do I post Events, Expos, or Conferences?
Go to Events & Expos in your dashboard. You can post Meet-Ups, Trade Fairs, Expos, Conferences, Summits, and Tournaments. You can also sell tickets and book exhibitor booths. All event ads from page 3 are free (up to 10 monthly).
What are A-mail and A-chat?
A-mail is Apex's internal messaging system for sending messages to other members. A-chat is real-time chat between connected members. Both are accessible from your dashboard sidebar under My Inbox.
How do I connect Zapier, Airtable, or ChatGPT?
