Friday and Saturday decide the individual and corporate team titles. Sunday closes with the Champions Corporate Pro-Am and Charity Golf Day. The Premium Lifestyle Boutique Expo, equipment testing and the networking programme run alongside play on all three days.

Refund & Postponement Policy

Before you register

If the event is postponed

Tickets remain valid and transfer automatically to the new event date with the same benefits and access rights. As the event is postponed and not cancelled, no refund is provided.

If a ticket holder cannot attend

Ticket holders may request a transfer to another person, or contact the event management team regarding cancellation options. Requests must be submitted at least two days before the event date.

Ticket sales deadline

Sales close two days before the event. After this deadline no local ticket sales or ticket changes are available, as all ticket sales are handled online only.

Limited places

Championship fields and Pro-Am teams are capped. Early registration is recommended to secure your company's place and Industry Cup entry.

Who can enter the championship?

Any company, entrepreneur, business owner, executive, startup or professional with an official handicap index — 24.0 or lower for men, 28.0 or lower for women. The Elite Championship is for players at 10.0 or lower. Non-golfers are welcome on a Visitor Weekend Pass.

Can I enter if my company has fewer than four players?

Yes. Companies may register one to four delegates. If you enter with one to three, you are matched with companies from the same Future Human™ Industry Cup to form a full Corporate Team.

What does the Corporate Delegate fee include?

Both championship rounds, championship entry, the Premium Lifestyle Boutique Expo, complimentary golf equipment testing, executive business networking, the awards ceremony and eligibility for all championship prizes.

Is the weekend open to people who do not play golf?

Yes. The Visitor Weekend Pass at US$39 covers the boutique expo, equipment testing, championship spectator access, business networking and the awards ceremony.

What is the Champions Corporate Pro-Am?

The Sunday closing event: an 18-hole Texas Scramble pairing three corporate players with a complimentary PGA professional or amateur golfer of handicap 10.0 or below, played as a charity golf day and closing with a networking lunch and awards ceremony.

What are the Future Human™ Industry Cups?

Nineteen industry divisions. Every delegate represents one Cup, and alongside the individual and corporate team titles each Cup crowns its own champion.

Where exactly is the venue in Beijing?

Each edition is hosted at a prestigious golf club or luxury resort. The exact venue is confirmed on request — send the form below and the team will come back with the club, tee times and travel details.

Can we exhibit or sponsor?

Yes. Boutique Expo space is available to brands across the nine pavilions, and sponsorship runs from Bronze at US$5,000 to Title at US$50,000, plus on-course packages. See all sponsorship packages.

Do you arrange hotels and travel?

Yes. Official championship stays are listed at Golf Hotels, and dedicated travel to the Worlds of Expos is arranged through the Apex Travel Club.

What is the refund and postponement policy?

If the event is postponed, tickets transfer automatically to the new date with the same rights and no refund is issued. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your place to another person up to two days before the event. Sales close two days before the event and are handled online only.
