In 2021, the property’s golf club and hotel—previously known separately as Glenmarie Golf & Country Club and Holiday Inn Glenmarie—merged under Tradewinds Corporation Berhad to become Glenmarie Hotel & Golf Resort.

During this period, the resort remained operational with careful scheduling to minimize guest disruption.
