The resort is on a 400-acre property in Las Colinas (Irving), formerly a family ranch, set in rolling hills. It’s conveniently located near Dallas–Fort Worth International Airport and also not far from downtown Dallas, making it accessible both for leisure and business. Originally opened as Four Seasons Resort & Club Dallas at Las Colinas in the 1980s; the golf course opened in 1983, the hotel in 1986. In 2022, the property was acquired by a joint venture between Trinity Investments and Partners Group. Underwent a renovation (? US$ 55 million) and rebranded to The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas, officially on January 23, 2024. Contains 427 guest rooms, suites, and villas.
