Just in case, I got back in touch with the Public Development Establishment and thanks to a few, within the Public Development Establishment, our project became possible. I then established a preliminary project including 2 18-hole courses, a driving range, a training center, a hotel and the headquarters of the FFGolf which we presented to the three Mayors of the municipalities on which the land was distributed. They welcomed our project very favorably, but everyone wanted the buildings to be located in their municipality... It is for this reason that the Novotel was finally built in Magny les Hameaux and the premises of the FFGolf in Guyancourt, the limit of the municipalities passing right in the middle of the reception hall of the Golf National. |
