tects of the New Town of St Quentin, designed a 36-hole golf course, on land that they wanted to preserve as a "green door", only so that it would appear on all the overall plans and avoids any pressure to build this surface. Just in case, I got back in touch with the Public Development Establishment and thanks to a few, within the Public Development Establishment, our project became possible.
