ni Park. Consisting of 260 rooms, the hotel is envisioned to be locally influenced design with contemporary style, featuring an amenity podium with multiple water features, a courtyard, and pool. There will be 4 Food & Beverage venues. Other facilities include ballroom and 5 meeting spaces of over 3,000 sq.m, a Ritz-Carlton Spa and a Kids Club. The hotel is projected to open in October 2024.
