The organization of the planned company consists of:
- Cooperative with incorporated (in the cooperative registered association)
- Members of the cooperative are also members of the association.
The goal is to improve the infrastructure of the region.

1st Capital of the cooperative
2nd Share capital of the association
3rd Donations (in goods and in money)
4th Grants
The cooperative members to build an infrastructure of the association and donate 10% of its business turnover to the registered association that this is deductible from tax.
The registered club concerned the financial resources and issued the orders for cooperative members with appropriate fee, depending on the project.
After the successful development of the pilot project, the cooperative is transformed from a regional to a European cooperative.
