The Apex Pro Masters Tournament operates under a professional competitive integrity framework. Tournament progression is structured with performance-based advancement:
Prize funds and tournament operations are governed by Apex Master Expos event governance policies. Participation in Pro-Am, media, and community engagement events is considered part of tournament membership obligations unless exempted by the organizing committee.
All players entering the Apex Masters Tournament are expected to participate in the official Pro-Am event as part of their tournament commitment and community engagement responsibility.
The Pro-Am is an integral part of the Apex Masters experience, supporting player development initiatives, philanthropic and community programs, sponsor and partner engagement, and tournament sustainability and prize fund growth.
Player Participation Expectation: By registering for the tournament, players acknowledge that Pro-Am participation is part of the official event schedule unless exempted by the tournament committee for medical, professional, or emergency reasons.
Players are assigned to Pro-Am teams by the tournament organizing committee in coordination with sponsors, Apex members, and charity partners.
Pro-Am contributions support the Apex Player Dream Fund™, local charitable and community projects, and youth golf development programs.
The Apex Masters Tournament Committee reserves the right to approve participation exemptions, adjust pairings and team compositions, and maintain professional event standards.
