Fitness assessments are a great opportunity for your employees to sit down with one of our trained staff members and talk about their fitness questions, learn proper workout form, and get help achieving their overall fitness goals. We provide a consultation, an on-site body analysis, workout techniques and nutritional suggestions to assist with their fitness goals. Each employee will walk away with helpful dos and don’ts that will allow them to get better results in an out of the gym.
Fitness assessments are tailored to each person based on their individual needs and desires. They usually take about 10 minutes per person, but can be longer depending upon the nature and severity of the person’s condition(s).
Our staff can also provide on-site stretching sessions. These sessions can immediately relief muscle tightness, reduce post-workout soreness and teach them good stretching habits for the gym, at work and at home.
