UTA has a proud tradition of investing in the next generation of agents and entertainment leaders through our career development programs, including UTA’s Agent Training Program and internship/externship programs.
Agent Training Program
UTA's Agent Training Program sets up young professionals with the proficiency and agility needed to become successful agents. Nine in 10 UTA employees who’ve been promoted to agents completed this program. Applications open Summer 2023.
Internship/Externship Program
Interns are exposed to a variety of business practices and learn agency fundamentals. We champion diversity of thought and have no restrictions on declared majors. Interns are placed year-round at UTA; please see below for open internship positions.
