UTA supports the communities our employees and clients care about. Founded in 2004, the UTA Foundation raises awareness on social issues, provides resources to nonprofits, and implements social good programs. The Foundation also provides strategic counsel to UTA clients to advance their social impact goals.

UTA Green

UTA is committed to a more sustainable future. To reduce our environmental footprint, the Foundation provides staff with educational resources and preservation opportunities. We also advise clients on opportunities with environmental organizations.

Project Mentor

Project Mentor is UTA’s agency-wide effort to connect with youth in our local communities for mentorship and career exploration.

Client Social Impact

The UTA Foundation advises clients across the agency on the development of authentic social impact strategies. With a deep and trusted network of nonprofit partners, the Foundation creates hundreds of client touchpoints every year.

Employee Social Impact

The UTA Foundation promotes year-round volunteerism through a range of initiatives including Project Impact (annual day of service), mentorship programs, and employee giving campaigns that benefit local and national organizations.

Project Impact

Established in 2012, Project Impact is UTA's annual, company-wide day of service. Employees partner with non-profit organizations in their communities that benefit a range of causes. Initiatives support food security, housing stability, environmental preservation, youth mentorship, veteran services, and more. As a global volunteer activity, Project Impact brings together colleagues from across divisions and UTA's affiliate companies, fostering a singular sense of community.
